About Us…

Shortlist Marketing focuses on supporting small and medium business owners to grow their businesses and the promotion of regional tourism products, including food and wine, tours and attractions throughout Victoria.

Most small business owners work way too hard…

As a business owner, relying on gut instinct and business nous may not be quite enough these days. A professional strategic approach is required. A good business plan and someone to hold you to it, is almost as important as your tax accountant. We offers businesses a complete and comprehensive business planning and growth consulting service. It includes one-on-one coaching, business and marketing plans, web and social media strategies and advertising advice and production. Your plan will be practical and achievable. Clear budgets are set, sales strategies determined, advertising and media schedules prepared, now you’re ready to go. Our design and production team then help you put it all in place. On time and on budget.

Completion of the Yarra Ranges Council’s Sustainable Business Program ensures all advice considers economic, social and environmentally sustainable practices to businesses and as a Director on the board of Yarra Ranges Tourism your know your advice will always be as relevant and up to date as possible.
